VortXStudios provides web development, app development, business automation, and drone media services. All projects are scoped and priced individually based on your requirements.
Each project begins with a discovery call and a formal proposal/quote. Work commences upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the initial deposit. Timelines, deliverables, and milestones will be outlined in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, all custom-developed work (code, designs, and content created specifically for you) transfers to your ownership. Third-party licenses (stock images, fonts, SaaS subscriptions) remain subject to their respective terms.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Flights are subject to weather conditions, local airspace restrictions, and FAA regulations. VortXStudios carries commercial drone insurance for all operations.
VortXStudios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project or service in question.
You may cancel a project at any time, but deposits and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains your property.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
